Why Vikram Lander missed the scheduled path?

On 2019 September 7th around 1.58 a.m. Vikram Lander lost communication link with
Orbiter. It has been later tracked down around 500 mts. away from the pre-planned landing
point. It is assumed that instead of a soft landing, a crash landing might have taken place.
Let us consider the planetary positions astrologically.
Midhuna Lagna (Rahu star) co-joined with Rahu (Guru star) and Maandi (Rahu star), Sun,
Kuja, Mercury, and Venus (all in Venus star, also Kuja, Mercury and Venus in combustion) in
3rd, Moon and Guru (Mercury star also Moon nearing Gandantha) in 6th and Saturn with
Ketu (in Venus star) in 7th. India is a Makara rasi country. So, Jupiter the Lord of 3rd and
12th house, even though placed in 11th house (fulfilment of desires), assumes the position
in Baadha raai and that 11th lord placed in 8th.
When we take the time 1.58 a.m. as a birth time, it is Budha dasa, Sani bhukthi, Budha
anthara, Rahu sookshma and Chandra prana.
It can be seen from Lagna as well as from Makara rasi (India) that almost all planets are
placed in unfavourable bhaavas. Moreover, Budha which is karaka for Budhi (intelligence),
artificial intelligence, atomic energy, motors, wires and cables etc. is in combustion.
It is also seen that between 24th and 25th Sept. 2019, when Budha and Kuja becomes more
stronger, strong communication link could be established with Vikram Lander.
